Employee insights survey – Terms & Conditions

For the chance to win 1 of 5 £100 eGift cards of their choice and to earn an entry in the prize draw, Local Government Pension Scheme members without an active Shared Cost AVC plan who have registered on their employer’s Shared Cost AVC platform hosted on the AVC Wise website must complete the employee insights survey before 12th August 2022. Only one entry will be counted per LGPS member e.g. you cannot gain multiple entries by completing the survey multiple times. Offer ends at 23:59 on 12th August 2022. The winners will be selected at random on 15th August 2022. The winners will be given a list of the available retailers to choose from for their £100 eGift card. All prizes are subject to availability. Only one winner per prize. Five prizes available. The prize is funded by AVC Wise. The winners will be notified directly on their email address used when registering on the Shared Cost AVC website facilitated by AVC Wise. Open to all Local Government Pension Scheme members at AVC Wise’s partner organisations.

If the winners do not respond within 28 days of first being contacted by email, a new winner will be selected. The new winner will have 28 days to respond. Winners reserve the right to object to their information being published or made available, or reduce the amount of information published or made available. In this instance, they must notify [email protected] in writing. Entry is free and without obligation. Entry may result in a letter or telephone call from a representative of AVC Wise. No entrant is obliged to see any such representative unless they wish to do so. AVC Wise reserves the right to cease the promotion at any point, meaning any live prize draws or competitions would be cancelled.
